For more advanced classrooms, or students of higher grades, technology projects involving music and different audio tools come into play (this could include Windows Movie Maker, iMovie, or creating podcasts). However, there is often a difficulty of certain music files not existing in the right format for the tool that one is using for a project. This is where ClipConverter comes in. ClipConverter is a conversion site that allows the user to convert their desired media into the format that best fits with the device with which they wish to use it on. The user can either upload an existing media to convert, or use a Youtube URL to save the Youtube content directly to their computer. One of the main reasons I personally use it is to take the audio from a Youtube video (mainly music videos) and save it as an mp3 when the audio file I want to use in a Movie Maker project won't work due to its formatting. I simply convert the Youtube video into an mp3 format and use it in my project. This can work great for podcasting projects and Movie Maker or iMovie projects.
